According to Borna News Agency, quoting the Public Relations Department of Shahr Financial Group, during a recent meeting, appreciation was expressed for the efforts of Esmaeil Dargahi and the former board of directors. The Shahr Financial Group announced the appointment of its new CEO and board members.
Ali Bigzadeh’s previous professional experience includes serving as CEO of Tamadon Investment Bank, Head of Primary Market Supervision at the Securities and Exchange Organization, a member of the board of directors of the Central Securities Depository and Settlement Company, and CEO and board member of the Central Asset Management Company of the Capital Market.
The new board of directors of Shahr Financial Group comprises Abbas Memarnejad as Chairman, Mohsen Ranjbar as Vice Chairman, Ali Bigzadeh as CEO and board member, and Behrouz Khodarahmi and Vahid Mohammadrezakhani as additional board members.
